The town of Ennepetal was formed in 1949 by the joining of the
two communities Milspe und Voerde. Located in the hilly landscape of the
Ennepe-Ruhr-District, south of the Ruhr area, it is a popular recreation area with its
huge amount of wood and green areas and its three reservoirs. |
